Choose the right workflow

Find the guide for an order, schedule, invoice, payment or account correction.

Start with the record you need to create or change. An order requests spots, a log schedules them, reconciliation records airing evidence, charging creates invoice drafts, and final issue posts the invoice.

Customers and orders#

Use Customer accounts to maintain advertiser details and Broadcast orders to enter the contract. Add dates, quantities, copy and station prices in Order lines. Use Copy Manager for audio and creative assets.

Scheduling and airing#

Use Daily scheduling for a station and date, Weekly scheduling for weekly distribution, or Book-Ends for paired positions. Set breaks and avails in Log templates.

After generation, use the Log editor to review the saved draft. Reconciliation matches the schedule against actual play-log evidence. Charging turns the saved airing evidence into pending invoice items.

Billing and account corrections#

Use Issue invoices for ordinary broadcast drafts. Use Special invoices for package pricing, per-invoice fees or non-broadcast customer invoices.

An invoice revision changes an existing invoice amount or description. An invoice adjustment adds a separate signed account entry. Reissue moves a closed-period invoice to a replacement while retaining history; it does not create a new cash receipt.

Payments and credit#

Use Customer payments for funds received. Use Prepayments, refunds and transfers for credit not yet applied to invoices. Deposits group existing receipts without recording another payment.

Use Month close after reviewing the complete radio group's monthly activity.

Reports and permissions#

Reports overview explains report families, periods and output settings. If you cannot open a required record or action, an administrator can review your assignments in Users and security.
