Use this manual with an AI assistant

Reference the Neural Log guides in a conversation while protecting your data and keeping financial actions under your control.

Use the documentation to explain a task, check a field or understand an error. Share a link to the relevant guide, or provide an excerpt when your assistant cannot open the site.

Find the right guide#

Search this site by the action label, field name or task. Open the result and copy its page address. A section's heading also has a link you can use to point to a specific procedure.

For example, ask: “Using the customer payment guide, explain the difference between applying a payment to an invoice and creating a prepayment. Cite the relevant section.”

Protect your data#

These product guides are public. They do not grant access to your station’s application or data. Share business records only with an assistant authorized to receive them. Do not include passwords, customer records or live financial details in a documentation question.

Understand the connection#

This documentation site provides page navigation and text search. It does not expose an MCP server or a live connection to the Neural Log application. Reading a guide does not allow an assistant to create customers, post payments or change an invoice.

Check an answer#

Ask the assistant to cite the guide and use the exact screen and action labels. Verify a consequential action against the procedure before using it. If the guide does not describe a feature or recovery path, treat that as an unanswered question rather than assuming behavior from the older Natural Log application.
